1. Introduction
At Juxidra S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Juxidra", "we"), operator of juxidra.com, we value and protect the privacy of people who visit our real estate crowdlending platform in Bolivia. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share your personal data under Bolivian Law No. 164 on Telecommunications and Information Technologies, the Political Constitution of the State and other applicable regulations.

The data controller is Juxidra S.R.L., registered with FUNDEMPRESA under commercial registration No. 00456789-2022, tax ID (NIT) 1032948027, with legal address at Av. Arce No. 2799, Torre Multicentro, Floor 12, La Paz, Bolivia. You can contact us at privacy@juxidra.com.
3. Data we collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email) and technical data generated during your browsing (IP address, device type, operating system, pages visited and time on page).
4. Purposes of processing
We use your data to: (i) send you information about new real estate projects; (ii) reply to your enquiries; (iii) analyse site usage; (iv) fulfil legal obligations; (v) prevent fraud and ensure platform security.
5. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent given when subscribing to the newsletter, on Juxidra's legitimate interest to improve the service and on compliance with Bolivian legal obligations.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technology providers (hosting, transactional email, analytics) acting as processors under security guarantees, as well as with Bolivian authorities where legally required.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and, at minimum, while there is an active relationship. Newsletter data is kept until you request removal.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, cancellation and objection to processing by writing to privacy@juxidra.com. We will reply within a maximum of 15 business days.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, backups and periodic audits.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be published at juxidra.com/en/privacy-policy with the last updated date.
